Branch Manager
Under the direction of the Regional Manager and/or President, the Branch Manager has responsibility for all branch office operations. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: building sales and operating income through market development; maintaining gross profit margins; expense control, client service, and office management. Office management includes internal staff and field staff supervision, recruiting, staffing, quality assurance, and setting goals and expectations for office staff. Although many duties may be delegated, the responsibility remains with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

  • College degree or five years of experience in office operations
  • Two years hands on supervisory experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Organized work habits

Account Manager in Chicago
Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or President, the Account Manager (Recruiting & Sales Emphasis) is primarily responsible for recruiting health care professionals with the goal of fulfilling per diem/contract/permanent orders from clients. The Account Manager is also required to initiate the planning of activities that result in additional field staff acquired for clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and obtaining new business.

Qualifications

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • College degree or some college with concentration in communications, human resources, or related field preferred
  • Strong customer service, human relations and problem-solving skills
  • A minimum of two years experience in recruiting and sales preferred
  • Excellent customer service experience with ability to initiate and continue professional relationships
  • Computer literacy
  • Organized work habits
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to interact successfully with others in the workplace (internally and externally)
  • Ability to successfully multi-task
