Are you a new company?
PRN has been in business since 1995 and has offices in 8 states. We continue to grow and explore opportunities to better meet your needs. We have over 1,000 clients with a variety of needs to fit your lifestyle including per diem and contract work.
Will I get canceled?
Occasionally a facility will cancel a shift. Every effort will be made to find an alternate assignment.
I don't want to work per diem. Do you have contracts?
We have over 1,000 clients and relationships with some of the country's finest hospital systems allowing us to offer options to fit every lifestyle. Our local recruiter can talk in more detail about open local and travel contracts that are now available!
Is it possible to stay at one facility?
Agency doesn't mean that you have to "facility hop." It's possible to stay with a facility where you feel comfortable. We also have both local and travel contracts available. Our local recruiter can talk in more detail about current needs.
Will you guarantee hours?
We cannot guarantee hours for per diem work, but we do have many nurses who get full time and more. There are many contracts available for those that are looking for a more consistent schedule. Our local recruiter can talk in more detail about current needs and potential contract work!

What are your pay rates?
Pay rates vary by facility, specialty and shift worked. For more specific information about your area and specialty, please contact PRN at 888-830-8811.
How do I get paid?
PRN offers weekly paychecks with optional direct deposit. Next Day Pay is available in most states.
How do I qualify for benefits?
To qualify for insurance, you must work at least 30 hours per week. Other bonuses and promotions have different requirements. Your local recruiter can provide more detailed information.
Who is your insurance provider?
Our current health insurance provider is Anthem and dental and term life insurance are available through Met Life. Additional benefits, including short term disability are available through Aflac. To qualify for health insurance, you must work at least 30 hours per week. Your local recruiter can provide more detailed information.
What facilities/areas do you cover?
We have needs at over 1,000 hospitals, nursing homes and a variety of other types of facilities as well as unlimited options for travel contracts. Our needs are always changing and our recruiters will work hard to match you with the right assignment.
What if I can only work 2 days a month?
Flexibility is one of the greatest thing about PRN. Our goal is to fit your career into your lifestyle. PRN will help design a schedule that works for you.
Do I have to work weekends?
Our requirement is one weekend a month for per diem employees. If you choose a contract assignment the guidelines will be laid out in your contract.
